Job summary
C&W Services is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to lead site maintenance operations in California, ensuring asset reliability and a safety-first culture. You will report to the Maintenance Manager or Regional Maintenance Manager, driving preventive and predictive programs and supporting team development.
The role requires 3+ years in maintenance management, strong leadership, and technical maintenance expertise.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years in a management role overseeing maintenance teams and multi-site operations.
- Technical knowledge: Proficient in preventive/predictive maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Work availability: Ability to work all shifts, including holidays and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Safety Leadership: enforce safety protocols, audits, and training.
- Operational Excellence: lead preventive/predictive maintenance and monitor KPIs (OEE, PM/PdM).
- Leadership and Team Development: supervise technicians and conduct regular coaching.
- Collaboration and Client Support: be on-site contact for maintenance issues and coordinate with MM/RMM.
- Administrative Oversight: ensure training completion and CMMS data accuracy.
