Job summary

Whistle Express is seeking a Site Manager to lead the on-site team and own daily operations, guest experience, and standards. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, uphold safety and quality, and drive membership growth with service excellence.

You will partner with leadership above and develop leaders below you, ensuring the site hits performance metrics and delivers outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop the Team: recruit, hire, train, coach, and performance manage all team members; build a positive, growth-minded culture; conduct development conversations; ensure safety, customer service, and operational standards.
• Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience: champion a welcoming environment, resolve escalated concerns, coach on engagement, drive membership growth.
• Oversee Site Operations & Equipment Performance: own daily workflow, ensure safety, manage maintenance and vendor support, uphold quality and throughput.
• Drive Sales, Profitability & Business Results: set site targets, lead promotions and upselling, monitor KPIs, manage expenses and inventory.
• Ensure Safety, Compliance & Brand Standards: enforce health/safety protocols, adherence to policies, conduct audits and inspections.
• Preferred: maintenance and equipment oversight experience, and multi-team leadership.
