Job summary

Whistle Express is seeking a motivated Site Manager to work alongside the Site Leader, oversee team development, and ensure a premier guest experience. You’ll solve problems in real time, uphold safety and quality standards, and help drive site revenue through memberships and add-on services.

The role requires leadership experience in a fast-paced outdoor environment, ownership mindset, and the ability to make quick, informed decisions. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support the team, onboarding and coaching to uphold company standards.
• Greet and assist customers, address questions about services and memberships.
• Assist with scheduling and shift management to ensure appropriate staffing.
• Promote unlimited wash memberships and other services to boost sales.
• Identify operational challenges and suggest improvements to daily site operations.
