Whistle Express is seeking a hands-on Site Manager to lead daily operations and develop a high-performing team. You will own the guest experience, safety, and equipment reliability while driving membership growth and profitability.

You will recruit, coach, and develop leaders, ensure adherence to standards, and manage field operations in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Experience in customer-facing roles and a track record of ownership are valued.

Responsabilidades

• Lead & Develop the Team by recruiting, training, coaching, and performance managing all team members.
• Build a positive, growth-minded culture grounded in company values and ensure readiness of future leaders.
• Ensure safety, customer service, and operational standards are followed by all staff.
• Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience and coach on best-in-class engagement.
• Lead membership growth strategies and sales coaching to promote memberships and services.
• Oversee daily operations, equipment maintenance, and vendor support to ensure reliability.
• Set and manage site-level sales, labor, and profitability targets; monitor KPIs and adjust staffing as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental protocols and brand standards.
