Job summary

You will lead Operations and Area Managers, drive productivity, safety, and cost savings, and partner with HR, Finance, Safety, IT to deliver strategic initiatives.

The role emphasizes coaching, leadership development, and cross-functional collaboration across the network. A strong track record in large-scale logistics is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Advanced Degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution or related experience.
• Experience managing salaried and hourly staff in a large operation.

Responsibilities

• Owns and delivers the operational budget for the functional area.
• Leads Operations and Area Managers to achieve productivity and safety goals.
• Drives continuous improvement projects across the center to optimize operations.
• Participates in recruiting and hiring decisions.
• Collaborates with HR, Finance, Safety, IT and other leaders to secure resources for projects.
