Job summary

Gopuff in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Site Manager to lead a local team of Shift Leaders, Field Operations Associates and independent Driver Partners. You will own facility operations, safety, and performance, driving a flawless customer experience through hands-on leadership and strong execution.

You will plan, direct and optimize operations, coach the team, manage budgeted productivity and labor, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in fast-paced environments with blended W2/1099 workforce.
• Retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and is accountable for all facility operations including deliveries, inventory, equipment, and systems.
• Drive improvements to KPIs such as Order Picking Time, Order Dwell Time, Drive Time, Order Defect Rate, and Cost Per Order.
• Training and coaching associates in the facility to work safely while following all standard work and processes.
• Accountable to drive the financial performance of the site by ensuring that budgeted productivity, labor, and other expenses are achieved.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with Gopuff and legal policies, procedures, and regulations for the warehouse by analyzing and interpreting reports.
• Implementing and monitoring Safety and HR compliance, asset protection, safety controls, overseeing safety of people and products, QA reviews.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve performance, providing direction on executing Company programs and directing the management team in confidentiality of information.
• Create and implement plans to improve the safety, culture and financial performance of the facility.
