Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers on client posts.
• Ensure post orders followed, rounds completed, and reports filed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions.
• Train officers; review post orders and assignments.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Meet with client representatives to provide assurance that security requirements are met.
