Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Site Lead Supervisor to oversee Security Officers at client sites in Denver, CO. You will ensure posts are staffed per orders, complete rounds, file reports, and coordinate with client representatives to maintain security standards.

You will coach staff, train officers, and manage coverage while staying calm under pressure and ensuring top-tier customer service. This is a full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ and able to meet job prerequisites.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Able to work independently and stay vigilant.
• Strong written and oral communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and lead staff at client sites.
• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Coach and discipline personnel as needed; document actions.
• Train officers and review assignment details with the team.
• Coordinate coverage and submit required reports.
• Meet with client reps to ensure security requirements.
• Possibly perform duties of a Security Officer as needed.
