Securitas Global Clients America is seeking a Site Lead Supervisor in Denver, CO for a full-time role. The position oversees Security Officers and leads operations at client sites, ensuring post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed.

The candidate should have strong customer service and leadership skills, be able to work independently, and remain calm under pressure while handling emergencies and communications with clients.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Knowledge of security operations with an emphasis on patrol, inspection, and response services.
• Ability to provide positive direction and motivate performance.
• Understanding of a variety of security and safety devices and controls.
• Ability to learn quickly and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagrammatic form.
• Ability to write routine correspondence, including logs and reports.
• May be required to work overtime without advance notice.
• Required ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and team at client site(s) ensuring post orders are followed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; meet with employees to document actions.
• Train Security Officers and other staff; review assignments with subordinates.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions in coordination with management.
• Prepare, file, and submit reports as required.
• Inspect posts and outline tasks to subordinates.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide customer service quality.
• Possibly perform duties of a Security Officer as needed.
