Pediatrix is seeking a Newborn Hearing Screen Site Supervisor to oversee the program across multiple sites in the region. The role emphasizes hands-on screening delivery, on-site leadership, and ensuring high-quality practices with limited administrative tasks.

The position requires managing staffing, training, and real-time problem solving, with weekend and holiday availability often needed. You will collaborate with hospital leadership and contribute to KPI monitoring and site reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CPR certification or obtain upon offer.
• 2+ years of managerial or combined training/experience.
• 1–2 years managing multiple sites (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Direct delivery of newborn hearing screenings and act as on-site technical lead.
• Create schedules to ensure adequate site coverage and escalate staffing gaps.
• Supervise technicians and conduct annual performance evaluations.
• Train new hires and monitor KPI’s in monthly staff meetings.
• Provide real-time guidance and ensure adherence to screening protocols.
• Maintain reporting at the site level and coordinate with hospital leadership.
