Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group seeks a Newborn Hearing Screen Site Supervisor to oversee the program across multiple sites in the region. You will lead the on-site screening efforts, ensure high-quality practices, and actively perform newborn screenings as needed.

The role includes staffing, training, reporting, and coordination with hospital leadership, with weekend and holiday work as required. Comprehensive benefits and competitive pay provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CPR Certification or must obtain on offer.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Newborn Hearing Screen program at multiple sites in the region.
• Deliver newborn hearing screening services and document screenings.
• Act as on-site technical lead with high-quality screening practices.
• Create schedules to ensure adequate coverage and manage staffing gaps.
• Supervise technicians and conduct annual performance evaluations.
• Train new hires and monitor KPI’s in monthly staff meetings.
• Provide real time technical guidance and escalate protocol deviations.
• Ensure compliance with PPE, vaccinations, orientations and annual trainings.
• Present reports to hospital leadership and address team concerns.
