Job summary

Amazon in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Team Leader to lead and develop a team of Amazon Associates across fulfillment centers and operations nationwide. You will focus on motivating, mentoring and coaching your team, ensuring safety, quality, attendance and engagement during shifts, and equipping teams with the tools they need to succeed.

As a front-line leader, you will translate policies, manage performance goals, and collaborate with site leadership to maintain high customer-obsessed standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Amazon Associates.
• Communicate policies to Associates and act as the primary information source for the team, maintaining compliance and consistency and taking corrective action when needed.
• Develop performance goals and objectives to achieve customer promise expectations and ensure accuracy and quality.
• Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all Associates.
