Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is hiring an Area Manager to lead a team in one of our fulfillment centers. You will mentor 50–100 Amazon Associates, drive safety, quality and productivity, and partner with support teams to remove roadblocks.

The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree (or enrollment in a related Bachelor’s program) and strong communication skills. Expect a fast-paced, hands-on environment with opportunities to grow across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Enrolled in a Bachelor's program for Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor and motivate 50–100 direct reports.
• Lead shifts to ensure safety, quality and productivity.
• Oversee inbound deliveries and package handling on the floor.
• Walk the floor to identify issues and remove roadblocks.
• End shifts with handoffs and performance reviews.
