Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Team Leader in Operations nationwide with a focus on leading Amazon Associates, ensuring safety, performance, and compliance on shift, and driving continuous improvements across fulfillment and delivery networks.

You will mentor a team, set goals, coordinate with Field RME, and manage site launches from planning through go-live, while maintaining quality and security standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial, operations, manufacturing, or project engineering experience.
• 3+ years of maintenance or engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Experience with material handling equipment (MHE) or automation environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through launch readiness and go-live phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Amazon Associates.
• Communicate policies to Associates and ensure compliance and consistency.
• Develop performance goals to meet customer promise expectations.
• Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance for a safe environment.
• Ensure security procedures and product loss prevention.
• Create, manage and support recognition and communication programs.
• Partner with management to maintain quality control standards.
• Execute site-level launch delivery and manage tactical launch activities.
• Maintain launch trackers end-to-end with clear milestones and owners.
• Provide status updates and elevate risks with data-driven insights.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with Field RME, Engineering, Construction, L&D, and vendors.
• Monitor launch readiness metrics and ensure data accuracy in reporting tools.
• Support post-launch reviews and implement corrective actions at site level.
