Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a related bachelor’s program is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor 50–100 direct report Amazon Associates.
• Work independently in an autonomous warehouse environment.
• Stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours.
• Work a shift pattern that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Oversee truck deliveries, sort packages, and operate material handling equipment as needed.
• Drive safety, quality, and productivity, and manage staffing as volume shifts.
• Coach team members and remove roadblocks with cross‑functional partners.
• Close shifts with a clean handoff and documented performance.
