• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime, as needed.

• Reliable transportation to and from the Desert Pine BESS project site.

Responsibilities

• Perform general manual labor duties, including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., electricians, carpenters, pipefitters) with tasks as directed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper disposal of waste and debris.
• Load and unload materials and supplies from delivery vehicles.
• Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
• Spot for heavy equipment operators to ensure safe movement on site.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE.
• Participate in pre-task planning and safety meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or foremen.
