Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a dedicated Laborer to support solar farm construction projects. This non-driving role involves manual labor and assisting with tasks essential for project completion.

The position requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work outdoors in various conditions, and follow both verbal and written instructions. A pre-employment drug screen and background check may be required, with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in construction or general labor is a plus.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, stooping, kneeling, standing).

Responsibilities

• Assist with unloading, sorting, and staging materials and equipment on job sites.
• Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, waste disposal, and maintain a safe work environment.
• Support skilled tradespeople by carrying tools and materials and following instructions.
• Dig trenches, post holes, and foundations by hand or with hand tools.
• Perform basic assembly of components under supervision.
• Operate small hand and power tools safely (e.g., drills, grinders, shovels, rakes).
• Follow all safety protocols and wear PPE as required.
• Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or project managers.
