Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Laborer (Non-Driver) to support the Desert Pine BESS project site with manual labor and material handling, helping crews stay safe and productive.

The role requires willingness to work flexible hours, pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check, and have reliable transportation. English instructions are provided, and PPE and pre-task planning are part of daily routines.

Qualifications

• General manual labor duties including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
• Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks as directed.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must have valid identification (state ID or passport) and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform general manual labor duties, including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks as directed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area with proper waste disposal.
• Load and unload materials and supplies from delivery vehicles.
• Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
• Spot for heavy equipment operators to ensure safe movement on site.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures, including wearing PPE.
• Participate in pre-task planning and safety meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or foremen.
