Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy seeks a Laborer for renewable energy projects in Wisconsin. This non-driver role supports construction and maintenance of solar and wind infrastructure, assists skilled trades, and helps keep worksites safe and organized.

The position involves outdoor work, lifting up to 50 lbs, and following safety protocols with PPE. You will help with material handling, trenching, and setup/dismantling of temporary structures as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Prior construction or industrial labor experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Team-oriented and able to follow supervisors' instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with assembly and installation of solar panels and wind turbine components.
• Perform general site cleanup and debris removal; manage material handling.
• Dig trenches and excavate foundations; prepare ground for construction.
• Load and unload materials; move them to designated areas on site.
• Operate small hand tools and power tools as directed and trained.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear PPE at all times; support skilled tradespeople.
• Assist with setup and dismantling of temporary structures and equipment.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned by supervisors.
