Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy, a division of Primoris Services Corporation, is seeking a Laborer to support construction crews on-site. This role emphasizes manual tasks, site cleanup, material handling, and teamwork in outdoor environments, with strict adherence to safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities include assisting tradespeople, preparing surfaces, and operating basic hand and power tools under supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleanup and debris removal on construction sites.
• Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and level earth to grade specifications using hand tools.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks or other conveyances.
• Assist skilled tradespeople by carrying materials, holding tools, and providing general support.
• Prepare and clean surfaces for painting, sealing, or other finishes.
• Operate small hand tools and power tools under supervision.
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding, shoring, and temporary structures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and store tools properly.
• Follow safety regulations and wear PPE at all times.
• Flag traffic or direct vehicles to ensure site safety.
