Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Laborer (Non-Driver) to support construction and maintenance tasks at the Desert Pine BESS project site. The role focuses on manual labor, material handling, and supporting skilled trades while maintaining a safe work environment.

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Experience in construction or industrial environments is a plus.
Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Valid identification (state ID or passport) required.

Responsibilities

Perform general manual labor, including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials, tools, and equipment.
Assist skilled tradespeople as directed (electricians, carpenters, pipefitters).
Maintain clean, organized work area and proper waste disposal.
Load/unload materials from delivery vehicles and operate basic hand/power tools under supervision.
Spot for heavy equipment operators to ensure safe site movement.
Follow safety policies and wear PPE; participate in pre-task safety meetings.
