Job summary

Hensel Phelps is seeking Laborers to provide general support on construction projects in Florida. Responsibilities include assisting form carpenters, concrete operations, and masons, while ensuring safety and efficiency on site.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work physically demanding tasks. The role requires reliability, punctuality, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare areas for concrete placement and grade floors.
• Assist in forming concrete forms and handling panels.
• Move concrete via buckets and spread; muck slabs evenly.
• Strip forms after curing and transport them.
• Assist finishers with power trowels and screeds.
• Support masons by handling bags of cement, lime, sand, and grout.
• Help carpenters with door frames transport and placement.
• Distribute materials and keep site organized and clean.
• Help secure the jobsite and store materials safely.
