Job summary

Amentum is seeking an IT Technician to provide IT/IS and desktop support at the Idaho National Lab project site. Work with minimal supervision, collaborating with local project management to fulfill IT requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Responsibilities include maintaining hardware/software inventory, installing and configuring PCs and peripherals, assisting employees via TEAMS remote access, and supporting voice, video, and data infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience providing IT/IS and desktop support at a project site.
• Ability to install, configure, and maintain PCs, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Experience troubleshooting voice, video, and data infrastructure.
• Proficiency with IT ticketing systems and triage processes.

Responsibilities

• Support IT/IS and desktop support for the Idaho National Lab project site.
• Collaborate with project management to develop IT requirements for current and upcoming projects.
• Maintain hardware and software inventory and assist employees via TEAMS, phone, or in person.
• Pass background and drug testing requirements and adhere to safety policies.
