Job summary

Teceze in Boise seeks an L1 Field Engineer to provide onsite IT support and perform IMAC activities. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and other IT equipment, and set up workstations and network-connected devices.

You will also handle hardware replacements, assist users with basic issues, document work, and coordinate with remote support teams as needed. 1–3 years of Field/Desktop Support experience required, onsite work essential.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in Field/Desktop Support.
Hands-on experience with IMAC services.
Knowledge of Windows OS, desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Basic understanding of networking and troubleshooting.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work onsite and handle IT equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform onsite IMAC activities.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and other IT equipment.
Set up and relocate workstations and network-connected devices.
Perform hardware replacement and basic troubleshooting.
Assist users with basic desktop and technical issues.
Follow site procedures and maintain proper documentation.
Coordinate with remote support teams when required.
Complete assigned tickets and provide timely status updates.
