Job summary

Teceze USA is seeking an L1 Field Engineer to provide onsite IT support in Boise, ID. The role focuses on IMAC activities and hands-on hardware troubleshooting.

You will install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and related devices, set up workstations, document tasks, and coordinate with remote teams as needed.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of field/desktop experience, solid customer service, and the ability to work onsite and manage IT equipment end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Field/Desktop Support.
• Hands-on IMAC experience.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
• Basic understanding of networking and troubleshooting.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work onsite and handle IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Set up and relocate workstations and network-connected devices.
• Perform hardware replacement and basic troubleshooting.
• Assist users with basic desktop and technical issues.
• Follow site procedures and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with remote support teams when required.
