Responsibilities

• Respond to end-user requests by phone, remote support tools, and on-site engagement, maintaining a courteous and service-oriented approach.
• Troubleshoot incidents and perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including software/hardware upgrades, and configuration of systems and applications.
• Document end-user information, troubleshooting steps, actions taken, and resolutions in the IT service management system.
