Job summary

Weyerhaeuser in Seattle seeks an IT Application Support Analyst for the Connected Forest team, providing operational support for Timberlands ERP and Forest Management tools including ArcGIS Pro. You will handle incidents, drive user adoption, and collaborate with business partners to ensure reliable solutions.

You will apply IT and business knowledge to improve processes, contribute to knowledge management, and participate in initiatives that expand both technical and business capabilities

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting business applications or services.
• Experience using ServiceNow or a similar ITSM for incidents, requests, knowledge, workflows.
• Ability to develop deep knowledge of Timberlands processes and information systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound support requests by phone, email, and our ITSM platform.
• Provide operational support for assigned areas and expand product knowledge via cross training.
• Promote standard processes to ensure consistent customer experience and metrics.
• Document new or updated procedures for issue identification and resolution.
• Lead projects around development of support strategies and IT initiatives.
