Job summary

Amazon is seeking an IT Support Associate II to help the operations team resolve technical problems across Amazon operations facilities in a defined geographic area. You will troubleshoot IT equipment, handle support requests, and assist in training new hires, contributing to fast, accurate service across buildings.

This role emphasizes continuous learning, reliability, and customer service as you travel regionally to support customers and remote sites.

Qualifications

Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.
Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience or equivalent experience.
Preferred certifications include CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware, AWS, or similar.

Responsibilities

Allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting of IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
Handling support requests and procedures across the network.
Assisting in training new hires.
Continuous learning of new technologies.
Supporting customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers.
Traveling within your local or regional area to support our customers.
