Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Site Leader to support the government site group Patuxent River MD as a key member of the Field Services team. The candidate will be responsible for all service delivery to the assigned site group, including managing performance against Service Level Requirements (SLRs) and targeted metrics.

The role emphasizes leadership of the desktop support team, coordination with internal customers, and ensuring high-quality customer service and operational excellence at the site.

Qualifications

• US Citizen
• DoD Secret Clearance
• BS or higher with 8-12 years of experience or Masters with 6-10 years (or HS diploma with 12-15 years)
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II: Security+ or higher Certification
• Experience in IT Enterprise Operations
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage team responsible for providing desktop support at the assigned site location
• Plan, direct, and monitor operational/tactical activities of the team
• Provide SME and technical leadership for onsite staff; act as frontline escalation point
• Lead and review the work of the team
• Staffing, performance feedback, coaching, and administrative duties for direct reports
• Establish relationships with internal customers and other functional managers
