Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Site Service Business Lead in the United States (Virginia) to coordinate service planning and performance across customer IT service providers and Government stakeholders for Network Connectivity Service requests and related program projects.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage escalations, drive milestone reviews, and host customer reviews, while ensuring compliance with requirements and program objectives.

Qualifications

• Background in IT, computer systems engineering, systems engineering and analysis, or project management.
• 16 years of experience or equivalent education.
• Excellent communication and governance skills.
• Experience with stakeholder management.
• Experience with service or product management.
• Thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Able to resolve problems and manage projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Go-to person on site for communication behind Program SBLs and PMs.
• Coordinate with customer, partner, and program stakeholders to resolve problems in projects and service offerings.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive accountability for Network Connectivity Service requests and projects.
• Serve as customer contact for program information and host customer reviews.
• Establish standards for performance and measure progress toward goals.
• Ensure timely milestone reviews and routine reports; expose risks and develop action plans.
• Lead escalations and communicate program status to technical, non-technical, and executive audiences.
• Understand and implement long-term strategy for the network service area with program leadership.
