Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Site Service Business Lead to coordinate service planning, performance, and execution for Network Connectivity Service requests. The role anchors on-site communications across program leadership, government stakeholders, and IT service providers to drive delivery and resolve issues.

The ideal candidate brings an IT/engineering background, strong governance and cross-functional leadership, and a track record in service or product management within dynamic environments;

Qualifications

• 16 years of experience aligned to a doctorate and 8 years, or equivalent education history.
• Background in IT, computer systems engineering, systems engineering and analysis, or project management.
• Experience with service or product management.
• Strong communication, governance, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to thrive in dynamic environments with shifting customer priorities.
• Experience coordinating diverse teams and senior government staff.

Responsibilities

• Be the on-site communication lead for program SBLs and Project Managers.
• Ensure engineering and operation systems work together to meet requirements.
• Identify and coordinate with customers, partners, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive program delivery and objectives.
• Serve as on-site customer contact, manage relationships, and host reviews.
• Establish performance standards and track progress toward goals.
• Ensure timely milestone reviews and status reporting, exposing risks and actions.
• Lead escalations and communicate program status to technical and executive levels.
• Understand and implement long-term service area strategy with leadership.
