• Background in IT, computer systems engineering, or systems analysis
• Thrives in dynamic environments with shifting customer priorities

Responsibilities

• Go-to on-site point of contact for program communications and coordination
• Ensure engineering and operations systems work together to meet requirements
• Identify and coordinate with customer, partner, and program stakeholders
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive program delivery and objectives for network connectivity services
• Serve as customer liaison for program information and reviews
• Establish standards for performance and progress measurement
• Lead escalations and status communications to all leadership levels
• Understand and implement long-term network service area strategy
