Job summary

Ledcor Group is seeking an HS&E Advisor to oversee safety practices at multiple worksites across the United States. This role requires 2+ years of experience in the construction or heavy civil industry, and extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations. The ideal candidate will conduct hazard assessments, provide guidance on safety processes, and manage incident investigations. Qualifications

• 2+ years of practical experience in the construction or heavy civil industry.
• Authorized OSHA 10 and 30-hour instructor is a plus.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on implementing HS&E programs.
• Lead complex incident investigations and train teams.
