Haleon Lincoln, Nebraska seeks a practical, trusted HR partner to navigate people matters, support managers, and implement enterprise HR programs locally. You will ensure compliance, data integrity, and a seamless employee experience while collaborating with HR Leaders and centers of excellence.

You will lead local HR projects, coach leaders, and maintain strong partnerships across HR and the business to deliver effective, compliant services in a manufacturing/sited environment.

Qualifikationen

• HR generalist experience supporting employees and managers in a site, market, country, or multi-location environment.
• Working knowledge of employment law and HR practices relevant to the role’s geography.
• Experience coaching managers, managing employee relations matters and conducting or supporting workplace investigations.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver HR projects or change initiatives through planning, stakeholder engagement, implementation, and follow-through.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills in a changing environment.
• High discretion, integrity and commitment to confidentiality and data privacy.
• Clear, practical communication and the ability to build effective partnerships across HR and the business.
• Confidence using HR systems, data, and digital tools to support accurate decisions and service delivery.
• It would be a plus if you have Professional HR qualification, relevant degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in a multinational, matrixed or shared-services HR environment.
• Experience supporting a manufacturing, supply chain, quality, or other regulated site-based workforce.
• Experience implementing company-wide HR programs across teams, locations, or business areas.
• Exposure to organizational change, workforce transitions, compliance, audits, payroll, or HR operations.
• Familiarity with employee self-service platforms and modern HR service-delivery models.

Aufgaben

• Deliver trusted local HR support to employees and managers.
• Ensure locally delivered HR activities meet legal, regulatory and company requirements.
• Maintain audit readiness and coordinate required data and documentation.
• Protect employee records and HR data, upholding confidentiality and privacy.
• Coordinate local HR systems and payroll support for in-market delivery.
• Advise employees and managers as the primary local HR contact; provide judgement and support beyond digital services.
• Coach managers on policies, onboarding responsibilities, and employment practices.
• Lead or oversee employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
• Help employees connect with self-service tools and HR resources.
• Lead HR projects from planning through delivery, aligning stakeholders and managing risks.
• Translate enterprise HR programs into practical local plans reflecting business needs.
• Support organizational and workforce changes including restructures, mergers, and transitions.
• Prepare leaders and employees for new HR initiatives and coordinate implementation across HR and business.
