Haleon is seeking a practical HR partner to provide trusted local HR support in Lincoln, Nebraska. You will work with HR Business Leaders and People Solutions teams to deliver compliant, local HR services while aligning with enterprise programs and country requirements.

You will advise managers, coach on policies, lead employee relations matters, and drive HR projects and organizational change across sites. Strong confidentiality and data privacy are essential for success.

Qualifications

• HR generalist experience supporting employees and managers in a site, market, country, or multi-location environment.
• Working knowledge of employment law and HR practices relevant to the role’s geography.
• Experience coaching managers, managing employee relations matters and conducting or supporting workplace investigations.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver HR projects or change initiatives through planning, stakeholder engagement, implementation, and follow-through.
