Job summary

Epic Piping in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to serve as the primary site-level HR contact for one or more locations. This role delivers onboarding, employee relations, benefit inquiries, and policy administration across the employee lifecycle.

You will partner with Talent Acquisition, Safety, HR Business Partners, and HR leadership to ensure compliant, productive operations and effective HR support across sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of broad human resource experience, site-based manufacturing or multi‑shift environment preferred.
• Knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and employee relations.
• Ability to use HRIS, learning management, payroll/timekeeping, and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR matters at assigned sites; respond to inquiries and connect to resources.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and new hire readiness with cross‑functional teams.
• Support attendance, performance documentation, policy questions, and corrective action processes.
• Coordinate leave, benefits, and leave-related administrative tasks in compliance with procedures.
• Maintain HR records, support payroll backup, and assist with site communications on HR programs.
