Qualificações

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our growing team and support the day-to-day people operations of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding, documentation, background checks, I-9 processes, and HR system updates.
• Support recruitment activities including scheduling interviews, candidate communication, job postings, and offer documentation.
• Partner with managers and employees on routine HR questions, policies, benefits, leave, and workplace matters.
• Assist with benefits administration, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and other employee benefit programs.
• Coordinate with payroll and benefits providers to ensure employee information and payroll-related changes are accurate and timely.
• Maintain HRIS records and personnel files while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with HR compliance, employment documentation, and required reporting.
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and other people initiatives.
• Help develop, maintain, and communicate HR policies, procedures, and employee resources.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain employee data for management review.
• Assist with employee relations matters and *escalate* more complex issues appropriately.
• Support the HR team with special projects and process improvements as the company continues to grow.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist, HR Coordinator, HR Operations, or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Working knowledge of core HR functions, including onboarding, benefits, payroll coordination, employee records, and HR compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information with discretion.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with employees and managers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and experience working with an HRIS.
• HR experience in a fast-growing company or financial/energy environment is a plus.
