Job summary

Allied Fire Protection in Pearland, TX is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to serve as a developmental HR Business Partner across locations. You will advise leaders on team member relations, policy application, performance and attendance matters, while handling HR system administration and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Three to five years of progressive human resources experience, including team member relations, HR operations, and HR systems.
• Experience supporting multiple locations, field operations, or dispersed workforce preferred.
• Working knowledge of employment practices and escalation of legal/compliance risk.
• HRIS experience and reliable workforce reporting; intermediate Excel preferred.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred or may be pursued.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, consistent HR support to leaders and team members across locations.
• Manage routine and moderately complex team member relations matters with escalation when needed.
• Maintain HR system data, workflows, documentation, and reporting for decision-making.
• Build business acumen and regional ownership toward HRBP responsibilities.
• Support hiring, onboarding, retention, and employee experience within assigned groups.
• Coordinate manager education, HR communications, and rollout of new people practices.
• Assist with compliance, postings, audits, and policy updates within scope.
