Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Site Finance Manager for its Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) group. This role owns the site’s end-to-end financial forecast, including direct and indirect costs, payroll taxes, and project costs, partnering with site leadership, operations, Finance, and Procurement.

The position supervises one Finance Assistant and drives cost control, reporting, and compliance across monthly closes and contract management.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience in financial planning, accounting, or financial operations.
• Experience budgeting, rolling forecasts, month-end close, accruals, and cost tracking.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead the site’s annual budget and rolling forecast development with operations leadership.
• Prepare monthly financial package and explain variances to stakeholders.
• Monitor open purchase orders, accruals, and supplier costs.
• Support audits, governance reviews, and financial controls.
• Supervise one Finance Assistant and drive process improvements.
