Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of strategic and tactical IFM multi-regional portfolio experience for financial services or technology-focused clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead Americas facilities management portfolio and service delivery.
• Oversee financial planning including budgeting and forecasting.
• Build client partnerships and governance reviews with stakeholders.
• Develop and nurture the talent pipeline and promote a culture of ownership.
• Coordinate with internal teams for a unified OneJLL approach and drive standardized processes.
