Job summary

Liquid Environmental Solutions Corporation is seeking a Site & Facilities Services Administrator for Irving, TX. This hourly, hybrid role supports billing, PO administration, portal invoicing, customer accounts, reporting, and collections across site and facility services.

The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, able to manage multiple systems, and build strong relationships between corporate and branch teams; reports to the Director of Revenue Operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three or more years of experience in billing, administration, revenue operations, or related functions.
• Strong Excel and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and process customer invoices.
• Investigate billing discrepancies and resolve exceptions.
• Support contract pricing administration and revenue validation.
• Coordinate with branches to obtain invoicing documentation.
• Submit invoices through customer portals and maintain portal data.
• Create and maintain customer account records and changes.
• Develop and distribute recurring operational reports.
• Assist with process standardization across acquired businesses.
• Serve as liaison between corporate and branch operations.
