Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Senior People Program Manager to drive site expansions. You will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams across production, facilities, construction, and operations to architect organizational structures for new production facilities.

You will oversee projects with strong change management, executive presence, and an emphasis on end-to-end delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ yrs experience in management consulting, change management, internal operations, or program management.
• Keen interest to partner with production partners to accomplish manufacturing at scale.
• Empathetic and eager to see the world from users’ perspective.
• Love solving complex, ambiguous, cross-functional problems in a people-centric way.
• High ownership with low ego and strong outcome orientation.
• Proactive in identifying and solving problems without waiting for direction.
• Comfortable communicating broadly, including to senior leadership.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and extract actionable insights.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access to export controlled information.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist on critical site launches with leaders in People and Production org, learning new subjects quickly and setting priorities in ambiguity.
• Define and drive Day-1 readiness across IT, facilities, HR, and Operations, coordinating workforce implementation and communications.
• Build trust across cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks and ensure seamless site expansions and launches.
• Maintain an execution bar from conception to completion to move Anduril forward on schedule.
• Use qualitative and quantitative skills to design analyses that influence operational decisions.
• Develop structured processes using briefs, trackers, and data mapping for timely project delivery.
• Craft narratives that convey a clear vision or request.
• Communicate across teams to achieve cross-functional outcomes.
• Own projects end-to-end from Definition to Implementation, tackling ambiguous problems.
