Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA, is seeking a Senior People Program Manager to partner with leadership across the business, translating ambiguous problems into scalable People programs.

You will own end-to-end projects from Definition to Implementation, leverage data analysis and storytelling to influence executive decisions, and drive impact with a high execution bar and strong collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years experience in management consulting, strategy, internal operations, or program management.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Data-driven decision making and storytelling to influence outcomes.
• U.S. Person due to export controlled information access.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute critical projects for leaders in the People org, learning new subjects quickly.
• Maintain an extremely high execution bar from conception to completion to advance Anduril.
• Design analyses with analysts to influence operational decisions and measure impact.
• Develop structured project processes with briefs, trackers, and data mappings to ensure timely delivery.
• Craft compelling narratives to convey clear vision and requests to stakeholders.
• Bridge teams across the organization to achieve cross-functional outcomes.
• Own end-to-end operational projects from Definition to Implementation in ambiguous environments.
