Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior People Program Manager to lead organizational architecture for production facility launches. You will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams in production, facilities, construction, tech, and operations.

Your project management and change management expertise will drive end-to-end execution and ensure on-schedule expansion. You will design analysis to influence operational decisions, work with analysts, and develop structured processes for

Qualifications

• 6+ years in management consulting, change management, internal operations or program management.
• Ability to partner with production, facilities, construction, tech and operations teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Empathy and user-centric approach to processes and workflows.
• Proven ability to manage ambiguous, cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead site launches with People and Production org leadership.
• Define and drive Day-1 readiness across IT, facilities, HR, and Operations.
• Coordinate workforce implementation and communications activation for launches.
• Resolve bottlenecks by building trust across cross-functional teams.
• Drive projects end-to-end from definition to implementation.
• Design and map structured processes using briefs, trackers and data.
• Craft narratives to convey clear vision and requests.
• Communicate across teams to achieve cross-functional outcomes.
