Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Strategy & Operations lead for Capital Projects within its Design & Construction organization in the United States. You will embed with project managers on megaprojects to ensure scope alignment and rapid executive updates, and you will build dashboards and approval workflows to accelerate decision making.

You will own site turnovers, develop cost and revenue insights, and support high-stakes, cross‑functional programs spanning real estate, facilities, and security.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a business-driven operations role such as management consulting, investment banking, or internal operations.
• Proven ability to understand complex megaprojects and translate needs into actionable plans.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort building models and dashboards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Embed with Construction Project Managers on megaprojects to capture scope and communicate updates to executives.
• Develop tooling and analytics to measure project performance and enable data-driven decisions.
• Own the last mile of site turnovers, coordinating with Facilities, Security, and Engineering teams.
• Prepare crisp briefings for senior executives and manage cross-functional programs across multiple stakeholders.
