Job summary

Anduril Industries, Irvine, CA, is seeking a high-impact program leader for Air Defense Special Projects. You will own multi-month initiatives, coordinate with capture, growth, and engineering leads, and drive cost, schedule, and performance across programs.

You will also support international growth and act as a trusted adviser in engagements with government officials, while adapting to rapidly changing priorities and maintaining a strong focus on execution and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 4+ years as a cross-functional leader in hardware and/or software.
• Proven experience leading tech-enabled teams across specializations.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret / Top Secret clearance.
• Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Program Management: shepherd emerging proposals into successful programs with resource forecasting and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support Global Growth Initiatives: advise on international development and engagements with government officials.
• Flex Capacity: lead as a cross-functional generalist across evolving program needs.
