Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior People Program Manager to scale leadership development, team coaching, and manager effectiveness programs. You will move pilots to a centralized offering and partner with People leadership to define the future state, then execute with discipline.

The role blends strategy and operations, requiring presenting outcomes to senior leadership and hands-on facilitation of team offsites and workshops.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in people development, leadership development, organizational development, or program management within a People/HR function.
• Demonstrated experience deploying leadership or manager development programs at scale within a large, matrixed organization.
• Executive presence and communication skills to present to senior leaders and facilitate workshops.

Responsibilities

• Own the transition from pilot to scale for leadership and people development programs.
• Build and manage the multi-year program roadmap to 2027 and beyond.
• Serve as the primary operator and project manager for all people development initiatives.
• Evaluate pilots with a critical eye, using qualitative feedback and quantitative data.
• Identify and evaluate technology solutions for scaled development, from coaching platforms to LMS.
• Facilitate onsite and offsite experiences, leading sessions and cross-functional summits.
• Present program strategy and outcomes to senior leadership with clarity.
• Collaborate with People org and business leaders to tailor programming and gain buy-in.
• Determine resourcing model for facilitators, coaches, or vendors.
