Sysco Raleigh, LLC is seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) leader to implement prevention-focused programs and drive security and crisis preparedness across the OpCo. This onsite role will develop and execute a site-specific strategy aligned with Sysco’s global HSE objectives.

You will partner with operations leadership to reduce injuries, enhance compliance, conduct audits, and train managers and associates.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or certifications with equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of environmental and safety experience in warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, or transportation.
• CSP certification preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Aufgaben

• Develop HSE strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Design and implement HSE training programs.
• Interface with OSHA, DOT, EPA, and state regulators.
• Drive audits and compliance across sites.
• Lead continuous improvement for zero-incident culture.
• Manage staff recruitment, development, and performance.
