Sysco Northeast Rdc in Selma, NC seeks a senior HSE and security leader to implement prevention-focused programs and establish site-specific strategies aligned with Sysco's objectives.

You will lead audits, incident investigations, training and regulatory interfaces (OSHA, EPA, DOT) to achieve zero-incident culture and compliant operations. This role requires 5–7 years of safety experience and CSP certification is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 5-7 years of hands-on environmental and safety experience in warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, or transportation operation.
• Considerable experience with occupational safety, transportation safety, and environmental compliance preferred.
• Has attained or is working toward CSP certification.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and provide proof of liability coverage meeting company standards.

Aufgaben

• Develop HSE strategy in alignment with Corporate HSE and Security goals.
• Create effective HSE plans to reduce injuries, accidents and incidents.
• Communicate HSE strategy with Senior Leadership.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Interface with regulatory bodies (OSHA, DOT, EPA, state/local regulators).
• Develop and deliver HSE training programs and annual training plan.
• Drive a zero-incident HSE culture across the company.
