Job summary

Holland Residential LLC is seeking a Site Coordinator to assist in construction projects and support the project team in organizing and coordinating work to meet quality, schedule and budget goals.

The role requires coordinating deliveries, reviewing drawings, maintaining field records and ensuring OSHA compliance on site in a on-site Los Angeles/Long Beach area. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and one year of related experience is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with concrete, wood/steel framing, drywall, and structural steel is valued.
• Military service may be considered in lieu of industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and planning of projects with quality, timeliness and cost control.
• Review drawings, shop drawings, specs and QA programs for compliance.
• Oversee documentation for changes and submit to relevant parties.
• Complete field records (daily/weekly reports, safety reports).
• Coordinate deliveries to staging areas and crane/logistic resources.
• Monitor material procurement and delivery through field.
• Communicate with project superintendents on priority and flow.
• Support scheduling of crews and subcontractors.
• Assist in punch lists and close out with team.
• Direct temporary labor as assigned by Superintendent.
• Conduct weekly safety inspections and OSHA compliance.
